King Family Reunion 2010

I am going to make this the proverbial reunion site and will link everyone to this with the next email to the whole gang. The Reunion will be from Sunday the 27th of June, 2010 through Thursday the 1st of July, 2010. I believe it will be a "Very Special" reunion.. the last for my generation to plan. The next one is on the kids...

Check In Time 4:00 P.M / Check Out Time Noon - We will have all you need to check in at the gate in the clubhouse. (see address below for google directions) We have the clubhouse for our sole use from Sunday through Thursday. All meals will be served at the clubhouse. The Clubhouse and all houses are air conditioned

The count at this point is approx 114 people. The cost range is as follows and will not be final until we get a total count.
IF WE HAVE 114 people, the cost should be:
0-5 years of age = $10 per person per night
6-17 years of age = $42 per person per night
18 & over = $72 per person per night
IF WE HAVE 100 or less
0-5 years of age = $18 per person per night
6-17 years of age = $50 per person per night
18 & over = $80 per person per night

We have made "tentative" housing assignments based on our count of 114 people and it is "shared housing" but the bedrooms all have King Size beds and their own private bath. The bedrooms are huge and lots of floor space for kids if you so choose. Each house has as least one (1) sofa sleeper (most have two (2) and some will certainly have to be utilized to accommodate everyone. The sofa sleepers are in "common areas" and are not private in any way. Those with bedrooms and private baths will be required to share the bathrooms with others ( there are just too many of us to do this AND keep the price down!!) All houses have full kitchens and we will post a list of rules and regulations along with suggestions on what to bring...The also have hot tubs, as in plural...most have two!!
We have houses with the following sleeping arrangements
2 - 6 bedrooms
6- 4 bedrooms
1 - 3 bedroom
We are at the top of the hill and all very close to each other. It is a long way down the hill to the clubhouse.. We will get information for golf cart rental if anyone is interested. It is not included in the rental and if you so choose to rent one, we can put you in touch with the rental place. There is a cost for delivery and they can deliver up to four (4) at one time...

The initial payment schedule is listed below. We will follow up with a payment schedule over the next 12 months..
A deposit of $20.00 per person is required ASAP, the sooner we have the commitment, the sooner we have final cost, the better.
I will consider PayPal Payments if there is enough interest....
