T Shirt Update..
Bill,
Would you please notify the group and add to your blog that there is an additional t-shirt style available: the Men's Long-Sleeve t-shirt may also be ordered in white for $13. Women may, of course, order the these t-shirts. Just adjust for size. If you have already sent in your order and prefer this new option over a prior selection, please let me know.

The King Family Reunion 2010 t-shirts are now ready to order. I need your order by this Monday May 31st!
Thanks to Bill for a great design. When you arrive at the reunion, you'll see the logo prominently displayed on the entry gates! I am fortunate to have a patient husband and graphic designer friend who enabled us to realize Bill's vision. In addition, Fred Durham of Cafe Press is giving us a great deal on t-shirts and we are going to haul them in a duffel to save on shipping. King Family Reunion 2010 (8)

Greetings to all!! Payments are coming in nicely and I thank you for that! For those of you who still have not paid, please get them to me ASAP. Our count is approx 100 and of course at this point the cost will remian the same. I will be making the final payment for the housing this next week! IF you are unsure of your balance, let me know..
I will be posting directions soon...
We should have word on the T-Shirts this week as well..
Some notes about what to bring and what is provided..
Towels and Linens are provided for each house
Each cabin has a starter kit for paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap, you may want to bring extra, along with your own beach towels for the pool and laundry detergent if you need to do laundry..
Each house has at least one hot tub..
Each house has a ourside grill too!
I do think the porches with the rocking chairs will be great, and a great place for launching water balloons, BYOB - Booze and balloons..for those consuming alcoholic beverages, we are in a dry county - buy before you get there..
If there is any interest in renting golf carts for getting around on the grounds, I will be negotiating a deal later this next week. IF you rent them, you rent them on your own and will be totally responsible for them..It's a ways down to the clubhouse, but there is a large parking lot there as well.
Bring your State Flag from the last reunion and fly it proudly from your porches!!
The following meals will be provided..
Breakfast and Dinner for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Breakfast on Thursday - Check out day (by noon) July 1st...
Lunch you are on your own, each house has a full kitchen...
We MAY have enough to do Pizza at check in Sunday evening - Check in is at 400 p.mm. on the 27th of June at the clubhouse. I will let you all know ASAP
Your housing assigment will be given out at that time..
We will also have sign up's for the Talent Show, Scrabble Tourney and Euchre Tourney. We have the use of the clubhouse for the entire week.
The grounds have a huge front yard for Volley Ball, Softball, Races, whatever we choose to do, right next to the indoor pool, outdoor pool and mini putt.
